Tripzie app (“Tripzie”) respects the privacy rights of consumers and recognizes the importance of protecting the information collected about you. "Tripzie" do not save or delete your information if you disagree with our privacy policy or retreat the consent.

Because this information is important to your interaction with “Tripzie”, you may not opt out of receiving these communications.

 

 If you choose to use our referral service to “Share”  a “Tripzie” product or site, we will ask you for your friend’s email address or telephone number. We will send your friend an email or SMS (short message service) on your behalf inviting him or her to visit the site or check out our product.

 

We will ask for your consent before using information for a purpose other than those that are set out in this Privacy Policy.

 

Sharing Your Information with Third Parties

 

We will never share your personally identifiable information with third parties without your consent.

 

 

As above, our policy is not to disclose personal information collected online to a third party for direct marketing purposes without your approval. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

“Tripzie” always uses its best efforts to comply with the applicable terms and conditions in General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter ' GDPR ').

 

The definition of the Personal Data in this Section (the “Personal data”) has the same definition with such Article 4, Section used in GDPR and “Tripzie” will process such Personal data in accordance with the relevant provision in GDPR. Accordingly, as part of our efforts, “Tripzie” will collect your Personal Data only for providing and exploiting the Software and, upon achieving such purposes, “Tripzie” will use its best efforts to immediately and promptly delete all your Personal Data.

 

“Tripzie” can collect and utilize the following type/scope of the Personal Data for providing the Software and helping you use the Software more efficiently:

Under GDPR, you can request “Tripzie” (i) to delete your Personal Data; (ii) to limit the usage  of your Personal Data; (iii) to correct your Personal Data which is wrongfully written or reported; or (iv) to take other actions allowed to you under the GDPR. Upon your request or demand, “Tripzie” will use best efforts to promptly respond to your inquiry and/or demand in accordance with the applicable provisions in GDPR. However, with any result or measure caused by your request, your usage of the Software would (can) be limited or prevented.
